SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tulsa at Tulsa Hills

I booked 2 queens with a pull out couch. When I arrived the front desk attendant was nice. So we proceeded to check in and she said the deposit is just $20 which was nice and swiped my card and she said the total 240 okay that’s what I paid for the 3rd party Priceline so headed to the room and looked at my bank account and it was double charged 1 for the Priceline and 2 for the hotel which she apologized and said she cancelled it but didn’t. The room was nice and the pool was nice as well. As I check out I only stayed 2 nights and was almost charged for 3 nights ALWAYS CHECK OUT and that was 370… so just watch this hotel! I called spoke to a manager and she said she would refund the money and still has not refunded any money.

Loved the Jacuzzi tub, but wish it was in the room itself! Bed was a bit firm but other than that it was a great time with many good memories. The bartender made me bananas foster with rum and my son kid-friendly ice cream. The breakfast was fabulous and super yummy. The front desk was courteous and so kind even so much they called me when I had food dropped off and I fell asleep hah 😅 somehow they knew it was mine and I just have S B or something like that on my doordash, I need to change it. It was very clean and smelled so good inside. So for the wonderful customer service and the amazing tub, I'm giving it 5 stars even though the bed was a little too firm. Loved being right next to Tulsa hills shopping center. Made it a blast!

My issue with this place is the room design. It is modern and attractive, but not functional. The a/c is right next to the bed, so it would be blowing on me all night. Alternated between too cold and too hot. The bathroom had a sliding door with translucent glass, and when anyone uses it, the light shines right on the bed. Very annoying!
